Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg.
Pre-fermentative cold maceration.
Alcoholic fermentation at 25º C in 15,000 Kg.
Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
AGING 16 months in new French oak and 12 months in bottle.
Protos’27 is a fresh, intense, complex and elegant wine on the nose with a wide range of nuances, where the fruit that gives us the variety integrates perfectly with the tertiary aromas that appear throughout the aging.
In the mouth the power, concentration, persistence, roundness and balance will provide us with a long-lasting wine, which will be improving in the bottle for a long time.
