Organic and vegan red wine from Loire

Ageing: 6 months in fine lees in tank.
Tasting: Powerful nose is characterized by crushed raspberries and tomato marmalade. The mouth is very fruity and opulent. As well as straight forward red fruits are associated with a slight pepper touch. The finish leaves an impression of greed and simple pleasure.
Food pairing: Red meat, duck, cheese.
