Description

The wine is made from organic grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes have been squeezed quickly after harvest to preserve fresh aroma and fresh fruitiness. Alcohol fermentation has taken place in cooled steel tanks for still fresh fruitiness and grapes with their own aromas. Wine is bottled fresh and freshly fruity.

The fragrance is aromatic of fresh heard leaf and passion fruit. The taste is dry, acidic and balanced fruity, full of fruity flavours with a crisp, dry character. You will notice tones of apple, guava and passion fruit, but especially kiwi and gooseberry, giving the wine a real vibrancy and brightness. It is best to be drunk at a young age, and while it is perfectly lovely on its own, partnering it with goats cheese dishes makes it especially enjoyable.
