Description
TASTING NOTES:
Pale yellow colour with green reflections. It presents a splendid effervescence with rosaries of tiny bubbles. Notes of flowers and Mediterranean herbs in the nose.
In the mouth it is round, dry and complex. Citrus and fruit notes are distinguished.
The aftertaste is harmonious, dry and round with a long persistence.
FOOD PAIRING:
The big personality of this Reserva Cava highlights any dish of both national and international gastronomy, and it also converts it as an excellent aperitif.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE:
Between 6 – 8ºC
ELABORATION PROCESS:
Selection of the best plots of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay of 2015 harvest. After skin maceration in cold of the Chardonnay, the fermentation of the three varieties was carried out separately at 15ºC. Subsenquently, this special cupage began its second fermentation in the bottle and ageing in our Cellars in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, early 2016.
