maceration of grapes is
followed by decantation and alcohol
fermentation in temperature-controlled
steel tanks.
Colour: straw yellow with gold
reflections.
Nose: elegant with scents of yellow
and tropical fruits.
Palate: soft, mineral and smooth.
Aging: 3 months in still tanks sur lies.
Serving temperature: 10° C
Suggested serving: fresh cheese, sea
food and chicken.
