• Very pale yellow color with light golden hues, good release of small bubbles that end up forming a cheerful crown of mousse.
• First impression: very elegant with fruity notes and typical nuances of aging in bottle
• In the mouth it is very nice, with sweet points and final apple memories. Good acidity and persistence.
• Round, warm, very nice, fresh and lively
• Ideal pouring temperature 6 to 8º C
• Pairing: Appetizers, Bluefish, Fowl, Salad, Seafood, Soft Cheese, Whitefish.
