Organic white wine from Languedoc

Grape: 50% Colombard, 50% Ugni-Blanc

Harvested in the South-West, the wines are planted on chalky-clay soils.

Vinifigation and ageing:
Direct pressing. Cold settling. Vinification with temperature control at 15 C.
Fining: bentonite / fish glue. Filtration: tangential.

Tasting and notes:
Fine and fresh are the key words of this wine. It has a beautiful light yellow hue with green hue and with green hints. It is an expressive wine with notes of white flowers and lemon with a great vivacity. It is a mouth filling wine that combines both roundness and a nice balance.
Drink chilled 8-10 C, as an aperitif or with a wide variety of dishes such as salads, pizzas, lamb or grilled meats.
