Organic red wine from Languedoc
Grape: 75% Carignan, 25% Grenache
Harvested in the heart of the Languedoc region at the northwest of Béziers, the vines are planted on chalky-clay soils.
Vinifigation and ageing:
The grapes are harvested at full maturity to have smooth tannins. Short fermentation of 3 days. The sucessive pumping overs during the fermentation phase made it possible to extract all the aromas of red fruits. No fining. Filtration: tangential.
Tasting and notes:
Fine and fresh are the key words of this wine. It has beautiful cherry red colour. His nose is lively and fresh. The attact on the the palate is franc and exalts aromas of fruit. Fresh and lively wine with fine tannins. Drink as an aperitif, served at 14-16 C or with a wide variety of dishes such a chive omelette, lamb skewers, stuffed peppers or fresh goat cheese.
